- Basic Sandwich: Romaine or iceberg lettuce and sliced tomatoes, whole wheat, rye, or white bread

- Thinly sliced red onions and watercress, sour cream and quick red onion pickle, and black bread
- Steamed asparagus, mayonnaise with green herbs, and whole wheat bread
